Refund policy

The order can be cancelled only before it's shipped out. Once the order has shipped, no cancellation is allowed. 

Orders are non-returnable. In extreme situations, products can only be returned if the buyer can provide a video recording of them opening the package for the first time and finding that the product was broken, leaked or damaged. This option is also only valid for 7 days after the purchase.

Once the 7 days have passed since purchase, no return or replacements will be accepted under any conditions.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer location.

There are, however, certain situations where only partial refund is granted:

  • Obvious signs of use of product before delivery
  • Packaging has been tampered with before delivery
  • The item is damaged or missing.

Once the return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the decision and the return date, if return is accepted.

 

If you haven't received a refund on time, first check with your bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If there is no update on the bank's end, please write to us at skincarebymehr@gmail.com with details.

The refund money will be calculated based on your purchasing cost (not MRP).

For international orders, you will have to bear the shipping cost and additional charges. Shipping costs are non-returnable.

The return can only be initiated through email and a 10% restocking fee applies.

Depending on your location, it may take some time to deliver the exchanged good.
