Shipping

We dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public/bank holidays).

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro cities & North India (serviced by reputed couriers): 4–7 business days
  • Rest of India: 7–10 business days depending on location

Please note that multiple items in one order may not always be dispatched at the same time. Delivery dates shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email are tentative.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. Our delivery partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, you will receive a WhatsApp message to reschedule. After 3 failed attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse and can only be reshipped at an additional shipping charge paid by the buyer.

Returns & Refunds

Order cancellations are only accepted before the order has been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Orders are non-returnable except in the following situation: if your product arrives broken, leaked, or damaged, you may request a return within 7 days of purchase by providing a video recording of opening the package for the first time as proof. No returns or replacements will be accepted after 7 days.

To initiate a return, email us at skincarebymehr@gmail.com with your order details and proof. Please note:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Refunds are calculated based on your purchase price (not MRP)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund, please check with your bank first — it may take a few business days to reflect. If there's still no update, write to us at skincarebymehr@gmail.com.
