Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499/- 

Can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All Mehr Skincare products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and our formulations are free from animal-derived ingredients.

Are your products free from harmful chemicals?
Yes. Our products are formulated without parabens, sulfates, silicones, mineral oils, or artificial fragrances. You can view our full ingredient list on the Ingredient List page.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our products are formulated with barrier-supporting ingredients like ceramides, hyaluronic acid, glycerine, and aloe vera, making them gentle enough for sensitive skin. If you have specific concerns, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

How are your products made?
We make our products in small batches to ensure freshness and quality control. Each batch is carefully formulated with purpose-driven, science-backed ingredients. The preparation is done in a clean and sanitised format.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us at skincarebymehr@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll resolve it promptly.
